Insurance Options:

We work with all insurance plans with chiropractic benefits. If you are unsure if you have chiropractic benefits please contact the office for the help you need. Insurance policies are constantly changing which means you may not be totally aware of all the benefits that are available.

Cash Options:

If you do not have chiropractic benefits we will work with you to create a payment plan.  We offer discounts when you pay the same day of service.  Please contact the office with questions regarding this.

Worker’s Compensation:

If you were injured on the job we can help you fill out the necessary paperwork to file a work comp claim.  You need to first notify your employer of the injury to get the process started.

Auto Cases:

If you were injured in an automobile accident we can submit claims to your auto insurance.  You need to first contact your agent to get a claim number.  Bring this claim number along with policy number, agent’s phone number and address with you to your first visit.
