What to expect on your first visit...
It is our goal to provide you with the best care possible in an environment that is warm, welcoming and professional. Our receptionists are available at all times to answer your concerns and questions.
Health History
You will be given the opportunity to complete your paperwork at home by printing our documents directly from our website in the New Patient area. If you prefer, you may complete these documents in the office on your first visit.
Consultation/Examination
On your first visit you will have a personal consultation with your doctor to discuss your health-related concerns, ask any questions, and learn more about how chiropractic care can help with your specific issues. To assess your condition, the doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination to assess the complexity of your condition. These tests will give the doctor the information necessary to make a comprehensive recommendation for the treatment of your specific condition.
X-Ray Studies
X-rays will be taken as necessary to support the evaluation process and to screen for any severe spinal conditions that may require additional intervention.
Care Plan Recommendation
Your doctor will present a report of all the examination findings and make recommendations for the treatment of your condition. You will be given an opportunity to ask any questions to help you understand all aspects of your treatment plan.
Your doctor will discuss any secondary recommendations such as nutritional therapy, massage therapy or a referral to see other physicians if necessary.
Adjustments
Some patients are nervous about their first chiropractic adjustment. Rest assured that your doctor will discuss adjustment styles that are available to suit your individual preferences and will work with you to ensure your comfort.
Insurance Options:
We work with all insurance plans with chiropractic benefits. If you are unsure if you have chiropractic benefits please contact the office for the help you need. Insurance policies are constantly changing, which means you may not be totally aware of all the benefits that are available.
Cash Options:
If you do not have chiropractic benefits we will work with you to create a payment plan. We offer discounts when you pay the same day of service. Please contact the office with questions regarding this.
Worker's Compensation:
If you were injured on the job, we can help you fill out the necessary paperwork to file a work comp claim. You need to first notify your employer of the injury to get the process started.
Auto Cases:
If you were injured in an automobile accident, we can submit claims to your auto insurance. You need to first contact your agent to get a claim number. Bring this claim number along with policy number, agent’s phone number and address with you to your first visit.
